@Aliysa_Enhance I think the problem we face is that bringing customers over from Plesk, they had much of this functionality already, so the email in Enhance feels like a huge step backward for them. I realize most of this was paused as v12 was built-out. It is simply my hope that the option to add/enable these plugins becomes available. Perhaps when it is finally time for your team to work on groupware, this will be moot. However, since that is a ways out, these three mentioned plugins would be a very good bonus to the mail system soon after v. 12.
