More control of DKIM

We could really do with more control of DKIM, for example...

Ability to control key length 1024Bit or 2048Bit (server wide)

Enable subdomain signing, while you can't create email accounts for subdomains in Enhance, it's often the case that the server is named as a subdomain eg: mail.example.com Which means unsigned mail leaving the server (cron etc) even when example.com is hosted.

The standard OpenDKIM package allows you to add it to nonsmtpdmilters so sendmail mail gets signed.

Ability to change the selector.

DracoBlue I would add that the default setting for DKIM is on, instead of now its off, but a lot of customers just Complain my email isn't reaching gmail or hotmail and all they have to do is switching dkim on. It takes a lot od support time now.

DracoBlue FYI You absolutely can create and use email accounts on subdomain + DKIM signed. I've just set that up for a client. Primary domain uses Google Business Mail, subdomain now used for marketing emails running on enhance.

Likewise you can also use Alias to map multiple domains to a single inbox and use the DKIM signing. I have 3 such domains pointing at one inbox and tested delivery and sending from it fine.

I've personally setup both methods within enhance.

I do agree for more control/settings and I also think your point about sendmail is pertinent.

Specially for DKIM to be enabled by default, it would greatly help to reduce the need of support and management.
