Have a website suspension message [ROADMAPPED]

Most of my websites have Wordpress installed, and when an account is suspended and the website visited, I get a generic message saying there was an error trying to connect to the database.

It would be nice to have an Account Suspended message or something in that line (maybe customizable and/or localizable).

We can do this. It will need to be an optional setting as some hosting companies prefer to serve a generic 404 rather than a "your website has been suspended!" message, just in case it was suspended in error.

+1 we would need this feature. To show a clear suspension message when an account is suspended.
