Have Plugin Akismet and Hello Dolly removed at install

Hey Enhance team

Could you have it so the plugins Akismet and Hello Dolly are not installed when WordPress is installed?
One of the 1st things I do when installing WP is remove those plugins.

If its possible to have the Twenty Twenty-Three and Twenty Twenty-Two themes removed as well would be nice too.

Or just add the functionality to have a template that defines what themes and plugins to install. It would uninstall any theme/plugin not defined in that template.

Ie you could have a woocommerce + seo template that automatically installs a specific theme, woocommerce & SEO plugins.
