Backup in progress...

One of my websites has been stuck in the backup process for several days:

When opening website -> backups, the first one shows "Backup in progress..." with the spinner. Last successful backup was from one week ago.

Other websites on the same server are backing up fine.

I need to do some modifications on the website but I can not do anything (can not open "Files" or add a ssh key or resetting ssh password).

I tried to restart the server but no luck.

Any hints?

I respond to myself.

I opened a ticket and it was fixed by running "docker restart orchd" on the control panel server.
