Enhance hosting client requesting a feature

A hosting client of ours has requested an email spam filtering change. I myself feel the spam filtering is great, but this particular client asks for this:

In Thunderbird, it is much easier to use POP and just retreive everything from the Inbox (and allow Thunderbird to do my spam filtering), instead of using IMAP and having to grab each folder individually (there are other reasons that make POP the preferred choice in Thunderbird as well).

With cPanel you can tell it to not do anything with Spam, and just leave it in the INBOX.

Please contact MX PRO people [Editor: reference to our branding of Enhance] and ask if this is an option/setting that is available to implement as a Spam Deliverability setting (or that can be added as a feature request).

Is there a way to setup a seperate POP3 retrieval for each different folder?

For example:
mail.myserver.com on port 995 retreives the Inbox (this is normal POP3 operation).

Can you do something like:
mail.myserver.com/spam on port 995 retreives the Spam folder?
mail.myserver.com/myspecialfolder on port 995 retreives the MySpecialFolder folder?

Agree on having an option that appends '*SPAM' to the subject line and leave in inbox.

This is not possible currently, nor have I ever seen an email platform and underlying services support such a thing.
I'd strongly recommend investigating a client-side solution.
