Is Adam an AI?

Between all these serious topics I hesitated to open this thread but I felt like I had to because we don't praise this guy enough.

Whenever I send a ticket, doesn't matter the time I got a reply within minutes with direct solutions. And I'm seriously considering this ADAM character as an AI because this performance is inhuman.

His (and the other Enhance admins) involvement in the community is vital to Enhance's growth I think. I wouldn't be near as comfortable about adopting Enhance without such dedicated people making themselves available and listening to the community feedback.

I can only concur with everything that has been stated already. Your team is spot-on the best. You have patently walked us through our testing/adoption phase, and even helped us find issues related to customer problems.

I can absolutely agree with that. Adam is incredibly fast and good. But he's real. I met him at Cloudfest last year 🙂
