When we exclude emails from being backed up, the customers will see a warning sign for "Mailboxes" in their "Backups" page with the error "Failed to complete backup".
The "Restore" dropdown in the same page also has a greyed out "Email" option.
If we are excluding emails from being backed up intentionally, these should be hidden so the users wouldn't even see the option to restore their mailboxes, there shouldn't be a need to list it in the "Backups" page at all as that will only cause unnecessary questions from customers and thus increase in support load.
