It functions pretty much just like any other panel now, but there's dev logged for better DNS control that I think will improve what the defaults are.
For me, I'd prefer it not default to adding all the local records as it does now, since I don't use local email services in my app, so I currently have to delete it all. There's lots of ways people are setting up their clusters though, so hopefully the improved DNS controls will help many of our use cases.
