setup new website with just a subdomain

I want to add a site onto enhance which is just a subdomain. i dont want www in front of it as it is an old site that has been around for a while and has never used www.
is it possible to do this? it appears the www is hardcoded in the add website interface

The www prefix that is displayed in the UI is designed to prevent end users trying to try www before their domains.

If you enter sub.domain.com then your website will work on sub.domain.com and www.sub.domain.com if the DNS points to it. If you don't want the site to work on www.sub.domain.com just remove the DNS record, either from Enhance or your external DNS provider.

Adam This is the exact info I was searching through the forums for.
I also need to add a site that uses a subdomain, and the www in the interface threw me off.
I would like to suggest rethinking how that information (which you've got in your message here) is conveyed. Prefixing the domain field with www is unnecessarily ambiguous.

Consider just spelling it out ...
