Backup Primary Servers

I have looked through all the backup type posts I can find and I feel like I am missing something.

There is mention of a "server disaster recovery feature". The documentation seems to indicate this works for websites, not for the actual servers.

What happens if the primary panel control server goes down?

This post mentions the DB backup (https://community.enhance.com/d/191-backup-master-server) - am I to understand that if I have the DB backup I could spin up a new server, install enhance, and then restore the db and it should be working as it was?

I feel like I'm missing something so any advice on how you all handle the backup and restore of the primary control panel server would be appreciated.

rrgreene Actually, you can't easily restore your CP server with the DB backup. You still need help by submitting a ticket.

Anyway, we are expecting the control panel replication function coming online in March. At that time, we won't need worry about this any longer.
