SolidNetwork Is there a better hosting option for my Mail Role server needs? I've read that with Hetzner I have the best chance to get an IPv4 that is not blacklisted. I've had pretty bad luck with others so far.

Stick with Hetzner. When you get a new VM, first check the IP for blacklisting using MXToolbox. Then, send a couple of test emails to Gmail and Microsoft addresses. If everything checks out, go ahead and install the Enhance control panel. If not, ditch it and get a new VM with a different IP.

Etc. the Xeon KVM -> Newcomer package seems to be a good option for the Enhance Panel Role:
4 Xeon Gold vCores
12 GB DDR4 Memory
100 GB Raid1 NVMe Storage
4 backups included

Also the Starter or even Small seems like a fair option for my Mail Role.

I wonder if there are any catches there.. Does anyone have any experience with them?
I would also be curious to know if their IPs are clean enough for use with the Mail Role.

I now wonder how they compare to datalix.eu in terms of reliability.
Particularly the Datalix Xeon KVM Newcomer package vs the NetCup VPS 1000 G11 SE BW24..

I mean since I intend to use this for my Panel Role, should I pick the datalix offer that costs €4.95 and has 12GB RAM but only 100GB storage, or the NetCup offer that has 8GB RAM but gives away 512GB storage and costs €7.13..?

Both have 4 shared vCores. Also Datalix mentions 4 backups included while NetCup says they offer Snapshots (Copy-On-Write) which I'm not exactly sure I understand how they function.

And there's also Hetzner that only gives 80GB for €8.06 (CX32 including backups) but that storage amount is getting me nervous to be honest.

mike I have several root servers with them, I can't complain. For vps I would go with netcup, for dedicated servers, hetzner anytime. I think netcup has gained popularity recently after contabo started messing their services.

mike I've been using it for over a year, everything is fine, although the support is sometimes a bit slow, but as for the machine's parameters, they are top-notch. It's just that I have a root server with dedicated cores, not shared like with a VPS.

Personally I would have two small VPs with dedicated dns role in two separate dc’s in your cluster design
