More detailed server load

Would be nice if we didn’t have to ssh in to the server to investigate what site is causing significant load on the load graph.

for now netdata does this. There is a known issues if you have a large server (very high core count) it might use an insignificant amount of CPU with default settings. For smaller servers this isn't an issue at all.

JohnB Netdata certainly helped me to discover what Spikes where caused by what container/user. Likewise I found the IO restrictions per package was causing unwanted issues with PHP Memory swapping, per user. No spikes after having removed most package restrictions, with no further server tuning.
