Enhance Question

Hello everyone ,
I really like to try enhance but just to confirm , I'm using other Platform RunC..... and i can easy copy 1 website to another server , is this also possible in enchance ? second .. how about the backup do i need to buy another strorage or there is like a plan with 50gb example of backup storage something like that ?

elcapitanph yes Enhance has an excellent migration feature to move accounts between servers, it handles the DNS and everything. It has been a bit buggy for me in all the tests I've done so far, like I end up having to reset the database passwords after migrating sites, but I think they might have fixed that bug - I need to test it.

The backups are really nice, you can use a dedicated backup server for incremental backups, or you can use S3 for full backups (not incremental).

But not great for WordPress, unline RunC.. it doesnt change the database details on the cloned website wp-config.php, & doesn't do a search-and-replace in database from the OLD to the NEW URL.

@adil I think you're talking about the website cloning process rather than server migration. It does attempt to change the wp-config.php but this isn't always possible if Enhance can't parse the existing config. We are releasing an improved cloning process in version 10.6.0 later this month.

Server moves won't need the wp-config.php to be updated or any search/replace to be performed unless you're moving only the database role in which case DB_HOST needs to be updated with the new server IP.
