Hey so what is supposed to happen when we SUSPEND an account "customer"? It says suspended on all their sites etc. but the sites still WORK?
Surely this isn't like a "soft suspension thing lol"
slimx do they still work? When I suspended someone all their sites threw error pages, totally inaccessible.
twest would be appropriate (professional) to have a dedicated suspended account page 🙂
My first thought is cloudflare caching rules that isn't even hitting the origin server. Try adding a param like site.com/?v=235412 and see if it gives the error.

You were bang on the money. This guy seemed to have premium CF on a couple of the websites. So they weren't killing the website -_- lol.
The sites should definitely not work, the virtual host is completely removed from the web server config when the website is suspended or disabled. If this is reproducible please send a support ticket.

slimx Yup CDN and then caching is usually to blame if nothing changes when you expected a major change lol.
You can actually do it on the free cloudflare tier if you don't need a lot of control.
