slimx Hey so what is supposed to happen when we SUSPEND an account "customer"? It says suspended on all their sites etc. but the sites still WORK? Surely this isn't like a "soft suspension thing lol"
twest slimx do they still work? When I suspended someone all their sites threw error pages, totally inaccessible.
Isaia-Arknet_PTY_LTD twest would be appropriate (professional) to have a dedicated suspended account page 🙂
JohnB My first thought is cloudflare caching rules that isn't even hitting the origin server. Try adding a param like site.com/?v=235412 and see if it gives the error.
slimx JohnB You were bang on the money. This guy seemed to have premium CF on a couple of the websites. So they weren't killing the website -_- lol.
Adam The sites should definitely not work, the virtual host is completely removed from the web server config when the website is suspended or disabled. If this is reproducible please send a support ticket. Isaia-Arknet_PTY_LTD twest would be appropriate (professional) to have a dedicated suspended account page 🙂 Coming soon.
JohnB slimx Yup CDN and then caching is usually to blame if nothing changes when you expected a major change lol. You can actually do it on the free cloudflare tier if you don't need a lot of control.
