Question doesn't make sense. Do you mean you want to install enhance on a VPS, and use the 2 dedis for hosting? If that's the case, yes that works and would be the preferable method of setup (since your VPS provider likely has server backups available that you can use to restore the main panel if it were to die, because enhance doesn't currently have a recovery method available for the main panel).
