I recently implemented staging in my Enhance state.
After creating a couple of staging websites, I noticed that they are sitting in the websites list in any order, they are not sitting next to the production website it works with.
For example: a new customer orders a website with 1 website and 1 staging site allowance. They create a website and a staging site and they can easily change from one website to another in the Website dropdown (client view).
The issue gets more and more complicated the more subscriptions a customer has. All the available sites from any subscription that the customer has shows up in that dropdown menu with no categorization.
It's also hard for admins just looking at the websites list.
The request:
- Have the ability to group websites that are linked in the same subscription in the main websites list.
For example:
domain.com
-------> staging site
-------> alias domain
-------> any other associated domain.
- In the website dropdown, in the customer view. Have the ability to move between sites in the same subscription only, so they can move from staging to production easily.
