SSH Disconnected during install, now no user account

I installed Enhance via SSH, but my ssh connection dropped. I relogged in and I could see via top that it was still running the install process in the background.

However, I don't have a user account setup and can't log in. Do I just need to wipe the machine and reinstall?

ivansalloum Yeah I've ended up deciding to do that as it looks more hassle than it's worth trawling through logs/running commands when it's basically a fresh machine anyway.

But this time, I'm going to do it through VNC so I don't get interrupted!

Mr_A_Warner Use something like screen so you can reattach the session if your SSH connection does drop.
