I found out an user's website has been gone from his account, I checked and it was gone, then i tried to add the domain again, and then i says that the domain already is active in the hosting. then refreshed page and the domain was back again, now I tried to check the files for example and this pops up:
Unable to load file manager at this time, please contact your hosting company.
More errors are also popping up when you want to check domains page:
