I have an application with an API endpoint that needs some Nginx configuration changes because of a CORS error. The error I get by default from my front-end app on the preflight is "405 Method Not Allowed"
I tried overriding my Nginx config to open up the CORS settings all the way, just to see if I could get the correct response from my API server. Using the config from here.
I know I'm not able to override the default location block so I tried removing the outer braces like:

This results in an error in the log "add_header" directive is not allowed here".
Has anyone else experienced CORS errors with Nginx and the Enhance configuration and figured out a way around them?
