slimx One thing that is very annoying is that i have to TRANSFER OWNERSHIP before I am able to clone a customer's website. I would think that the ADMIN should be able to see ALL THE WEBSITES when trying to clone a website right? Very common scenario when someone says "Hey can you fix this thing" so i want to clone the site very quickly and start troubleshooting.
twest slimx can't you just impersonate their account? I don't understand the need to transfer anything. When I need to setup a staging site for example, I just login with super admin, open their account, hit the impersonate button, make changes as needed.
slimx Multiple reasons: If i impersonate their account - they may not have the DISK SPACE allocated to do this If i impersonate their account - they have access to this staging site (that i may not want them to)
kyzoeadmin if i understand correctly to have the staging site under control and want to clone it into a cutomers main account. Yeah i think that should be possible too.
