mike Cloning wordpress on a nginx webserver should also by default include the rewrite settings added or at least the default one so it does not result in a 404 by default.
mike JohnB i dunno i feel it’s more like a bug than a feature. another thing when u clone a specific website all the apps gets moved.
ivansalloum I had this problem once when cloning and moving in which the rewrite rules weren't included.
