Better management for Server Groups

I think that the server groups feature could be improved:

a management page for groups where you can add, edit, delete them
the possibility of adding groups to packages in bulk
the possibility of reordering the groups
the possibility of displaying the groups as cards (radio buttons) instead of a dropdown list
