Upgrade stalled?

I went to upgrade our Enhance cluster this morning. Normally the updates I've run in the past take like 5-10 minutes at most. The update I started today has been running for several hours.

The sites on our cluster appear to be working but we cannot make changes on any accounts via the web interface. Is there anything I can check to make sure it is still running or perhaps stalled or get it to finish? https://prnt.sc/fF972MaI43bt

I opened a ticket with support and normally they respond pretty quickly but it has been several hours. I wonder if perhaps they are travelling to CloudFest? Unfortunately, we're kind of dead in the water.

It's possible that the interface of the panel has frozen while everything else is functioning and has proceeded successfully. Try restarting the server. If this has been going on for several hours...

Adam responded shortly after posting here. There was a hung container on one of the nodes that was keeping the update from completing. Restarting that container seemed to fix it.

We got same issue and Adam fixed it after opening a ticket, for anyone that want to know the cause at least for us :
The problem seemed to be with the NAT rule added by Docker for the spamcd container. I restarted docker on the "moon" server (systemctl restart docker) then orchd on the control panel server (docker restart orchd) and everything looks good now.
