I went to upgrade our Enhance cluster this morning. Normally the updates I've run in the past take like 5-10 minutes at most. The update I started today has been running for several hours.
The sites on our cluster appear to be working but we cannot make changes on any accounts via the web interface. Is there anything I can check to make sure it is still running or perhaps stalled or get it to finish? https://prnt.sc/fF972MaI43bt
I opened a ticket with support and normally they respond pretty quickly but it has been several hours. I wonder if perhaps they are travelling to CloudFest? Unfortunately, we're kind of dead in the water.
