Add enable full-page cache to a package level

We really need a global way of setting NGINX full-page cache, if we could enable full-page cache globally, either via package or via settings would be ideal as most of our customers never enable it, when it could be utilised.

Zoinkies This is not ideal. Enabling page caching for a freshly created website is not good in my opinion. It will lead to too many problems when customizing the website. Having this option is makeable but I don’t recommend it even if it is available.

Edit: Enhance doesn’t have a nativ plugin for purging NGINX cache as well, which means the customer can’t purge cache whenever they want to see changed content. They should do it from the Enhance control panel, which is not as convenient as doing it from WordPress directly. That’s why I recommend enabling page caching only after the customer finishes their website.
