While server and automatic provider-level backups are robust, introducing a backup download feature within the Enhance.com control panel for each website would be extremely beneficial.
This feature would allow the client to download a copy of their backups or a zip of their directory manually or programmatically to various destinations such as web download, S3, FTP, and other cloud storage solutions.
Although there are plugins available that can generate downloads, providing this capability directly through Enhance.com offers clients added convenience, security, and peace of mind (even if it is only perceived).
