From their release notes - "Please note: We recommend updating appcd on each server before applying the core update from your Enhance dashboard.".

I took this as every server but @Adam might be able to confirm?

Vory One issue found after our upgrade, DKIM has been turned off on all websites and needed re-adding.

Yes, on all servers. Though I am not yet confirmed by the Enhance Team, I am updating all servers.

Something of relevance. If you do not want your servers to be able to send out emails (old behaviour on Enhance pre v11) you can disable postfix as per Adam directions here: https://community.enhance.com/d/1603-email-from-webserver/5

systemctl stop postfix
systemctl disable postfix

xyzulu Did you manage to stop postfix using this? In my case it keeps coming up after a few seconds. Maybe it's being restarted by another process.

Can we not do the appcd update for each server from the enhance UI itself ?

manu you can, but there is a Ubuntu kernel update and a docker update you need to install via ssh anyway…

The upgrade went smoothly, ran the appcd update on 4 servers before the upgrade just to be sure.
As with others I too had to enable DKIM again.

Just curious if anyone found this in the panel

Ability to persistently edit most email server config.
Or does this refer to spam/block/greylist options in the email account?

After updating just the packages on our control panel server to prepare for v11 upgrade I got this spamming journalctl

I have raised a support ticket

tstrand I suspect this will be resolved once you update Enhance panel. Support should be able to confirm.

Adam thinks this error message will go away once the upgrade to v11 is done. I'll get back with a report later.

Update to my post above: You can now edit the config files through CLI for postfix/dovecot/rspamd under their /etc/folder and they should not get overwritten as advised by a ticket.

appcd 3.0.1 is available. There are some issues with the v11 update as it was a big one.

The appcd 3.0.1 update resolves some issues with the mail server config not immediately reloading after update and also with the application of custom smart host/relayhost settings.

We are still trying to reproduce this issue. Lots of customers have reported it but it doesn't happen in our automated tests.

MediaServe If you don't want to upgrade to 11 yet make sure your servers don't auto update to appcd 3.0.1 as part of any regular server updates otherwise you will have to upgrade the core to 11 as we did. We use ansible to keep our servers updated every night and last night they updated appcd and we had to install the core 11 update due to a problem with the website mta not sending out emails sent from the websites.

The update ran fine and completed in about 10 minutes but we now have the same problem as other users with DKIM .
