I noticed this on appcd 3.0.1, but after updating to 3.0.2 it's the same.
When I clone a website to a subdomain, like domain.com -> oldsite.domain.com, it will instead show the wordpress application as installed on oldsite.oldsite.domain.com. It's not an issue I'm having now, I just noticed it when messing around.
