We haven't played around with WHMCS yet.. but just in the planning stages of Enhance.
Any process or thoughts put into Postpaid billing? Can you add new WordPress installations or domains and charge customers on the billing date for current usage?
Or allow it so customers can upgrade the package to add more Addon domains or "websites" to the plan in the middle of the month using a configurable addon.
Just to get away from the traditional month-to-month hosting package idea.
