I am new here. What is the way to clear the fastcgi cache using a plugin? Nginx Helper doesn't work. What configuration should I do so that I don't have to clear the cache of my clients' websites via the panel?

There isn't currently a method for this although we do have something planned. If you need this functionality right now you should use Litespeed or Openlitespeed.
I don't think that will work on Enhance at the moment. Watch this space, we will have a solution for you.
