Server cannot be reached

Hi guys,
I have added second server to my panel and everything was great. After a while I got this error:

Server (IP) cannot be reached with RPC. Check the server is online. If it has an external firewall, please ensure all ports are permitted from the control panel server's IP then run 'docker restart orchd' on your control panel server.

Why this happens every so often? What should I do to avoid it?

Edit: when I am trying to restart the docker I am getting this error in terminal:

permission denied while trying to connect to the Docker daemon socket at unix:///var/run/docker.sock: Post "http://%2Fvar%2Frun%2Fdocker.sock/v1.46/containers/orchd/restart": dial unix /var/run/docker.sock: connect: permission denied

magic - Are you running the command 'docker restart orchd' as a root user? it normally fixes this issue. I've seen it occasionally but not often enough for it to be bothersome. Sometimes it autocorrects just on reloading the page.

Yes, I do. But whenever i use root user, I am getting this error as above. I installed Wordpress application before going on holiday and wanted to check something and when opened the admin panel I saw that one of the servers has a red dot and couldn't be reached.

It happens sometimes when adding a new server but it works automatically after couple minutes.

The Docker issue sounds like you're not logged in as root which means you don't have access to the Docker socket file.

The server appearing red sounds like a firewall issue. Is there definitely no external firewall or DDoS protection on the new server that you added?

It make sense as i was testing the OVH server and the root by default is turned off. I had to turn this on but seem to be working.
