May be the chance of merging control panel accounts?

Sometimes I start creating email accounts on Enhance control panel while I leave the website running in cPanel, however I don't see an easy way to migrate the website time after. Could it be possible to restore a cPanel backup only from the website data and merge it with the original Enhance account for the same domain?

You could just rsync the website + email files. Just make sure to do it as the website user not as root to avoid any risk of accidental overwriting. For the database you can use mysqldump/mysql to export/import on the respective servers.
