Have backup server send full backups to external FTP source

I am looking to setup a second backup server to backup my enhance backups.
I would like to have the ability to send my full backups on the enhance backup server to another non Enhance server using ftp.

This way it's not hitting the webserver again for backups, and just doing backups of the backup server.

Basically Enhance backup server backups up to a BTRFS partition which Kopia (and other options) can take a snapshot of export to any remote server.
