Unable to create website outside of the org

I'm testing Enhance.

I have created a customer and a package. Package has no limitations.
When trying to create a subdomain dev.domain.com (via the customer account) I get:

Failed to add 'dev.************.com': Unable to create website outside of the org

Is domain.com owned by the org? It's probably a security feature so users can't create subdomains for domains owned by other users (not sure it's the case here because I have not enough information from the topic start).

Hi there ~

I think this was a feature they were planning on adding to allow use of org domains from user to user. In the case where all hosting clients have a subdomain on xyz.tld is required.

@Adam or another @enhance admin check on this status for me?

If anyone else is having the same issue, it can be resolved this way. First add a new customer or ignore if they are already created. Then add a new website from the Reseller/root Enhance panel with the subdomain dev.domain.com. Once added, go to the "Websites" section as the reseller/root, click on the three dots next to the newly added subdomain website (dev.domain.com) and choose the "Transfer Ownership" option. After this, you can select the customer account, package and transfer the ownership of dev.domain.com to the new customer. Looks like this cannot be added directly from within the other customer's control panel due to security.
