Change disk space to already created emails

I have a customer who is going crazy, there email disk space is full, I have increased the disk space in the package yet nothing is changing.

How on earth do you increaase the email disk use size for already created emails???

LordKurgan if your mailboxes have a disk limit you need to change that in each mailbox.

mendozal Where? There is no setting in the individual mailbox

LordKurgan If you go to the website -> emails -> select a mailbox -> mailbox, you should see its size. You should see a pencil icon next to it.

If your package has fixed mailbox sizes though, I think you won't see it.

Maybe you can move the customer to an unlimited plan temporarily, change the sizes, and then move it back to its original one.
