Re installed panel server, Is it possible to bring on the rest of my stack back?

Hello,
I wrote this on another thread but i think it's much better to post it as a new issue, so here i go...
I have a 3 server stack, one for Panel, another one for backups and a third one for WP sites and databases. Is this a good setup?

I messed up and I ended up reinstalling panel server. It was all good, but then I tried to add the other 2 servers to my cluster i got an error message saying this: "Error: Cannot install enhance '/var/local/enhance' alreday exists!"

Is ther a way to bring both severr to my new setup without having to setting them up from scratch?

That means the server you are trying to add already have Enhance installed. I am sure Enhance support can help you out.. but the default Enhance installer only supports adding a "fresh" server to a cluster.

If you are happy to risk this server.. ie worst case you lose everything.. you can try deleting /var/local/enhance and then running the install script again.

@jgrispa Hopefully this is possible somehow, need to reinstall the control panel role on a high performance vps server that has been sitting idle (dedicated cores and ram) waiting for the move control panel role but can't wait another 20 days in case it gets delayed again. did you create a ticket?

ecknz open a ticket with support. They will need to help you. Hopefully after v12 is released it will be easier.

xyzulu I just opened one a few minutes ago, my situation is a bit different as I can reload the cluster easily however reimaging the server is a headache as there is no OS reload option with the provider you have to create a new server and move IP's across.

The app and db roles had been installed and used for a test but removed and deleted from the current control panel role, just unsure if there is anything left over to prevent a control panel role install or if a fresh install is needed.

@xyzulu All sorted now and have been runnning a few days, repurposed app/db role server to control panel role without reinstall of entire OS over the weekend. Repurposed app/db role server to control panel role above as app/db role. Control panel role and sites now in same continent (different DC), backups in another continent, and moving emails later today to another location.

Just about to reimage the original servers left online in case of issues, hopefully there will not be any kinks when the next update eventually arrives.

There had been a few glitches but @Adam was a great help.

A few things I found would be helpful additions, but probably in feature requests

Two way sync of Cloudflare - Setting to pull / push records or both
Import of Enhance backups from a folder or upload (depending on size)
Import of Enhance servers (even just backup role would be awesome)
SSL Export / Import
Import / Export DNS records
import / Export of Enhance settings eg php.ini custom values, mysql, redis, packages

Yes, I agree. I have seen it mentioned in feature requests

Minor, but I also can see a place for that. You can copy the .json data if you know where to find it even now at least.
