Diagnosing massively fluctuating response times

Hi there

I recently migrated around 20 client websites (mostly WordPress) to an enhance setup. The server is running at around 50% memory usage and CPU avg 45%. However the response times for the individual websites seem to be all over the place. I am monitoring them remotely using uptime kuma and the graphs all look like this:

In this example the response time is going from 50ms to 800+!

Can anyone give me any indicators as to what could be causing this? I installed longview to get some stats but I'm still not seeing any rogue processes.

Can you monitor the response time from another service like hetrixtools (free). I've seen times where uptime kuma goes a bit insane sometimes. This would confirm if the issue is actually the enhance server.

Yeah after a lot of digging it seems that the server with uptime kuma was an issue. Still getting varied response times but not as wild.
