WHMCS - Change clients services from cPanel to Enhance

Hi everyone,

I have started slowly rolling out Enhance to our users. We moved the cPanel accounts to Enhance and now the next step is to fix their billing for which we use WHMCS.
Do you know how I can change the product in their profiles from the cPanel to Enhance and connect the profiles? Because we used the automatic cpanel to enhance the feature from the panel and it already created the accounts, so it would not be possible to create them via a new service in WHMCS.

Any advice will be appreciated. Thank you in advance!

This is easy in WHMCS. Simply choose the new product service type in your customer product. The Enhance API will log you in as long as the user/pw in the customer product page are correct.

We did this about a year ago.

So I learned that we need to follow those steps, and sharing them in the exact order so people can follow them. Prior them you need to install the WHMCS Enhance module and configure it. From the Settings -> Servers. Add only the master as a server.
1) Create a user matching the mail of the customer in the WHMCS
2) In WHMCS -> Profile of the customer at the bottom there is enhanceOrgId Set it to the Org ID of the user
3) Assign the website to the user
4) Set the username of the service to the mail of the user
5) Reset the password and set the one from Enhance to WHMCS\
6) You should be able to login
