SFTP (port 22) access for File Manager clients (ie. FileZilla)

You can use the details under the Website > Advanced > Developer Tools > SSH password authentication section

Hmm, are you accessing this at a customer level? All I can think is that 'Allow SSH access' is disabled on the customer package.

@SharedGrid you might be right...that options is disabled on the package level.

On a side note, yes, I was accessing on the customer level. Enhance always impersonate customer if you click any of the website, which is not so good, I think? Why not access the customer package/website settings with admin level, where you can restore the website, do manual backup etc, but those options have disabled for customer? This is very ilogical to me.

The SFTP protocol is based on SSH, so that will be why you're missing that option. Enable SSH access on the package and the customer will be able to use the details as described above to connect using SFTP.
