They have a monopoly on the market.
This means they have a lot of money.
From the moment it starts to bother it will be a concern.
Enhance is an independent, privately owned company. Many companies in our sector are backed by private equity who are looking for an exit in the short to medium term but Enhance was bootstrapped by the founders and is under no such pressure.
Adam What you're doing, what you're bringing as a product in this greedy market is truly remarkable! And trust me i know the pressure of a bootstrap company without the backing of any VCs, you're leading this startup with such passion and im sure it'll pay off.. We as a community are with enhance every step of a way.. it'll be a bumpy ride but heck of ride indeed!
MediaServe Yeah, you're always welcome to give us a message! I must admit I catch up on forums etc whilst having a brew! So it's best to pop a ticket in! Additional users being imported probably isn't a huge task to overcome anyway! If you're interested let me know and we'll look at the importer and see what we could do!
blestaclub Hmm, if you provide additional user import outside of Blesta import (without it currently) that would be a good way to get out from under WHMCS. Have to get through the IRS extension right now (hate to procrastinate but it seems I do every single year) and I'll contact you with a ticket in the next week or so.
