Extract ZIP file Fails

I tried to extract a ZIP backup file and it always gives the error: "1 File failed to uncompress" as you can see on the image: https://ibb.co/GMSgk6Z

I have tried to extract other (smaller) ZIP file just to test and ensure unzip was working. It worked out fine.

So maybe the problem is with the size being 298MB? Anyone else has/had this issue?
Any advice is appreciated.

Have you tried extracting it and re-zipping it? Maybe there is something off with that archive that is breaking it? Or a file within it?

I just test extracted 900mb zip archive with no issues.
