Hi everyone,
We work with a lot of DNS settings to integrate with multiple online platforms. Many times, we want to remove the DNS items that we no longer use but we can't identify what those are.
It would be helpful to add a form field like 'Note' or 'Comment' for each DNS item like they have on Cloudflare for our reference.
