Plesk escape

Hi all
We are looking to escape from plesk and are testing various control panels. I love the approach of this panel however, key tools for us in plesk are Docker containers for Elasticsearch/opensearch and varnish.
Can these be used manually on the servers. Is there a way to proxy requests through a varnish-docker container?
(we mainly look after Magento sites)

You can run docker containers but they can't be controlled by the panel in anyway including backups.

You could setup nginx as a reverse proxy to the containers though
