UPmind API w/enhance

I am struggling with Upmind API, not sure if anyone has done something similar, or if this is the proper channel to ask.

I am using the upmind API to create a client account and then assign them a free hosting product for one year. After one year upmind should start invoicing them.

When I set this up via /orders/quick endpoint I have one of two results. 1. Everything provisions correctly, but the renewal price is free forever. 2. The hosting never provisions, but the billing is correct (free 1 year and then normal billing option). This second one is specific to using the manual_import flag.

Any help is appreciated, I know it may be a long shot but I'm hoping someone here has maybe worked with a similar workflow.

I wouldn't bother, a lot(80%) of Upmind API doesn't work properly.

Still waiting for fixes, which haven't happened a year and a half later.

Most of the API just doesn't run.

I understand. I will say their support has pushed some fixes quickly for API, and some they are still responding on.
