Hello!

I have only few packages and all with backup switched on but most of sites are not backed up (in the Backup section of the site no backup listed). I did not found any settings for it other that in package and settings/service where is everything is switched on. Why some sites is present in the backup while others does not?

Are the servers that contain websites with missing back ups appropriately mapped to a backup server?

btraill Probably yes since I have only one backup and only one application servers, manual backups are working, there is no automated backups for some reason

Go to Websites > Choose a website and use the toggle menu on the far right

Are the websites attached to a backup role?

Yes, all sites has backup server assigned. Still no automated backups on the most sites.

gosha This is a rare issue, I think its best to open a support ticket.

I would check your packages for backups to be set. Backup schedule for the server, retention (days to keep) and finally at what times the backups are allowed to be ran.

These would be all the settings that would affect backups in terms of automation, you've already confirmed backup role and manual backups work.

Backup Logs Keep an eye on these too.
