JohnB The idea is to give customers the option of having dedicated IPs. There are so many cases where having more than one IP makes sense—like for SEO stuff, cold email campaigns, or just keeping things organized. Honestly, I’d rather have multiple IPs for my email servers, because all it takes is one client with a misconfiguration to get everyone on a spam list. Offering dedicated IPs keeps things cleaner and more reliable for everyone.
