Change CTL to a new subnomain

So basically I migrated from one VPS to another, my intention was having my CTL on a subdomain from our website, so basically panel.desireddomain.com, with a website existing in desireddomain.com, but I still couldn't move desireddomain to my new VPS because of reasons that don't matter now, so I installed enhance and set my CTL to a temporarydomain.com that I could move at that time, so that I could move the rest of my websites and then change my CTL to my panel.desireddomain.
Right now I have moved all my websites to my new VPS and also my desireddomain.com with it's website (which I couldn't before) and pointed Cloudflare to my server correctly, and I now want to change my CTL from that temporarydomain.com to panel.desireddomain.com. Is this possible? How should I go about doing this?

Fabriccio Head to 'Settings' > 'Platform' > 'Platform domains' and you'll find the option to update your control panel domain there.

Yes, problem is, I don't know how to point to this new domain that appears in the domains list in the CTL, because it thinks it's a domain and not a subdomain, so I can't point to my server with cloudflare either

Ahh I see, you'll need to add an A record for the panels subdomain within the parent domain.

And I have, but Enhance thinks that the subdomain I added for the CTL in Platform Domains is a new Domain, and not a subdomain of the existing one with the website. So it thinks that panel.desireddomain.com is a new domain and not part of desireddomain.com, so because of this, I cannot link Cloudflare with it, because there is no DNS account with panel.desireddomain.com.

Fabriccio That's correct. With Cloudflare you can't synchronise a subdomain, you will need to add the A record for "panel" inside the zone for "desireddomain.com". You can do this in Enhance if you're using the Cloudflare integration.

Fabriccio That's correct, Enhance will configure the panel domain as its own zone and it's not possible to sync to Cloudflare because Cloudflare will not accept a non-apex domain. This is why you need to add the A record to the parent domain which will synchronise with Cloudflare and your DNS will work.

Please tell us the real domain or send a support ticket if you don't want to post it here. We can check the DNS externally.

What we did,

Original Domain.com uses cloudflare.
Panel sub.domain.com uses cloudflare, but unchecks the Cloudflare Proxy to work.

Easier way,

Original domain.com uses cloudflare and has main website.
Use a domain.net for panel and host its DNS with Enhance.
