Need help setting up clientexec

No idea what to put for my mysql settings, is the server name localhost or the name before by database in enhance for example ce_cenva1 would that be the server name? Do I have to create a user and db first?
current config is
servername, username, password, then database name

ce_cenva1 (also tried with localhost) for server name
admin (created user in mysql section of enhance)
password
clientexec (should i be using ce_cenva1_clientexec?)

Yes
On screenshot, the database name is : test_ac_name, and database user name is : test_ac_name also, because I have set it to that, you can name them whatever you like.

Then click on the new created database, you will have a copy icon to copy to names of the database & user, for server you can use localhost. and also advanced options like login to PhpMyAdmin ... etc
