Unable to log into PhpMyAdmin - "An unknown error occurred, please try...

Hi there,

I have previously been able to access PhpMyAdmin, but for some reason I no longer can.

I do have DNS set up for the sub-domain, and valid users set up.

When using the login link from the Databases tab, I get the error...

"An unknown error occurred, please try again later"

Any suggestions?

Check ufw is enabled on the control panel server
- run ufw enable and systemctl enable ufw
Check mysql server is running:
- systemctl status mysql / systemctl status mariadb on v12
  - docker logs mysql / docjer logs mariadb on v11
If there is an external firewall on the mysql server, check all ports are allowed from the control panel ip
