mendozal gmakhs this happens because the app and email servers are separate and now each server initiate backups on their own.

gmakhs mendozal My email server is seperate by all web servers, some websites show in 1 row, others in 2
cPFence gmakhs If I remember correctly, this was already fixed using: ecp update-http-disabled-status But I’m not 100% sure, so it’s best to double-check with Enhance first.
PDudeP gmakhs maybe some of your websites are only doing file backups, not email accounts. In that case, you should run v12-upgrade update-all-website-backup-locations on the control panel.
ronald I had a ticket where this was brought up and is the new normal in v12. Email appears as an separate entity in the list of backups.
